I have used this product for quite some time, but it is no longer available locally, So I began ordering through Amazon. The service from Better Life Basics is great.The product can be used periodically to detox and cleanse the colon, but I take it daily. Doing so promotes regularity and ends bloating and gas issues. I wouldn't be without it!

It did not work on me. I took it more than a week, and didn't even go to the bathroom. Maybe it's not for me.

Started taking this to try and see if it was a gimmick. It was not! Worth picking up a bottle and giving it a try yourself.
