Got these for my mom she was very pleased the only thing she didn't like was it took so long to arrive

Started taking this to try and see if it was a gimmick. It was not! Worth picking up a bottle and giving it a try yourself.

Liked the fact that I recognized the names of the ingredients as natural sources and not chemical additives as in may dietary supplements.

It did not work on me. I took it more than a week, and didn't even go to the bathroom. Maybe it's not for me.

haven't seen any difference between regular bowels movement and extra ones...
