Great cameras all around!
These are great cameras all around. Great sound and display! The only issues I had with them was screwing them to a surface. The holes are not big enough to support a durable enough screw and the cheap screws strip. Issue #2 is getting them hooked up can be kind of confusing depending on how you hook them up. I used a P.O.E switch and I had to change the IP address on several of them to get them to display!

just what i was looking for in a camera system
Cameras needed an update. I was getting an error message camera offline. I emailed tech support and they were able to guide me through the process. After a few back and forth emails, Amy said she would call me the following day, which she promptly did. We got the system updated and have not had any other issues. Great cameras. Love that I can ptz and remind from smart phone

Complete secure already system excellent
We had problems with two cameras the company was right on top of that did an excellent job helping us figure out what was wrong immediately sending two new cameras everything is working great excellent company

Quality is very nice for the price.
I purchased 4 of these and happy with all of them. Running them on Blue Iris with good audio and picture quality. I wanted three more but they are out of stock. You'll be happy with them unless you are looking for 4K quality.
