Used this for some indoor runs and it worked exactly like you’d expect. Southwire’s Simpull coating really does make a difference — it feeds through studs and boxes without fighting you the whole way. The sheath is durable but not overly stiff, and the copper is solid and consistent. Cuts clean, strips clean, no surprises. It’s legit Romex, not the flimsy off-brand stuff. If you need 14/2 for typical indoor circuits, this is the reliable choice.

Works as should, not bad at pulling. However after ordering a few orders of wire there's cheaper better options. I paid $55 I believe for 50ft of 14/2. I later got Arizona's 75ft 14/2 for same price which I liked the quality better and then I found 12/2 100ft for $60. Do your research

There's nothing particularly salient or sexy about Romex cable, but I actually lean toward Romex cable in lieu of others. It is good quality, and most importantly to me, it is easy to remove the outer insulation to expose the wires for connection. I mention that because I've had some cables that were the devil to get into. I've had these plastic-wrapped coils of Romex before, and I prefer them because they're easy to work with.
