Apple Cinnamon Protein Breakfast Cereal

I have been looking for years for a healthy cereal that tastes great. This is it! The pieces are round with a hole in the center. The pieces are mixed, different thicknesses. Some pieces have more cinnamon on them than others, but they are all favorful. They taste divine. The apple flavor is not overwhelming, and I would increase that component if there was one thing I could change. They are a little crunchy, but certainly not tough. Just right! I eat them dry. No need to drown them in some liquid to make them palatable. I have purchased these in the small 120 calorie packets, as well as in the regular size cereal box. After several deliveries of each, I can definitely report that the small sealed packets are clearly fresher in my opinion. I also like the small packets because they help me to control my appetite. I seem to overeat when I can pour as much from a box as I want. The taste is so great that these are now my favorite snack. Good for breakfast, lunch, or even a healthy bedtime treat. I like them so much that I put them on Subscribe and Save. Give them a chance!

I really love these Kay's Naturals snack bags! They are the perfect size for packing to work, school, or vacations! I like to buy the 6 packs and often buy 4 or 5 different flavors. I must say that the Apple Cinnamon are my favorites! I love the amount of protein in these and also the low calories! They use stevia for a sweetener. They are slightly sweet, and perfect! If you want a low calorie, high protein snack for yourself or for your kids, then you need to buy a box of these and try them! I use my amazon prime and get the free 2nd day shipping and buy 4-5 different kinds to keep in my pantry! Stock up and have them on hand at all times! LOVE these!

I’ve actually bought this product several times! I’ve tried the other flavors but the apple cinnamon is my personal favorite. It actually tastes like apple cinnamon. It’s not too sweet and it stays crunchy. It is only a pack of 6 but I like that it’s a serving size. Cereals are always tricky because you can easily pour far more than a serving size without knowing. I don’t eat it that often but it’s a quick breakfast to have and a nice cereal to enjoy with out so many carbs.

I started a low carb/ high protein diet back in the summer of 2012. and started buying and eating this cereal. I love that it gives me just the right portion so I do not overeat. It fills me up but not overly. Tastes great-- after a day or two I was used to the taste. Great for a low carb and high protein diet.

I usually love all of Kay's Naturals products. This one has a strong cinnamon taste. But I don't taste the apple at all. As soon as I add milk, the cereal loses its flavor. This is my least favorite. I suggest trying their French Vanilla, it's my favorite.

This is a great gluten free snack!! It is high in protein and low in sugar. I like the individual sized bags because I know I am having my serving size. It tastes great and a good pick me up at the end of the day to tide me over till dinner. Although it's a cereal I like to eat it as a snack with my coffee. I keep reordering and have now gotten the 60pk. I would definitely recommend.

They taste like cardboard that's sprinkled with cinnamon.

I liked the taste of all these flavors I bought, and I would buy it again, if it only came in much larger bags at a much lower price. these bags are so small a kid would use two bags for one meal, while a male adult would use three. I have no idea why they package this stuff so small. A tremendous waste of money and shipping because of the small packaging. If you want to sell this product as a breakfast cereal, PUT IT IN A MUCH BIGGER BAG!!!!!
