Grip Strength Measurement Meter

This has encouraged me to use my grip exerciser tool regularly as the readings are improving since my hand surgery which is really great and will save me numerous trips to see the physiotherapist who recommended I purchased it. Don't be discouraged at first just persevere and you will be really pleased at the improvement the two hand exercisers achieve when used regularly together. I actually have a job to stop my family walking off with it when I'm using it so shows it stimulates exercises to strengthen the hands as they have found too - just they suffer with old age of lack of joint use and have not had surgery like me.

Good way to put a measurement on hand/grip strength.

It works well and results seem reproducible. The grip could be a bit more comfortable.

I was looking to continually measure by grip strength and find ways of improving it. I did review a number of products and this one did come tops. I am doing an evaluation of this one against another one that is in the top 5 now. This seems to be clinically aligned to the expensive machines they use in hospitals. At least I can trust the accuracy of it.

Good stuff, I’m testing this as a way to know in the morning whether to go gym or have a rest day if my grip strength goes down by 10%

Saw it in a programme about your hear and this was suggested as a good exercise to keep pumping up the cardio . It’s also fun.

It's faulty and turns off when you hold it downwards.
