The vast majority of these nuts are reasonably fresh and in good condition. I think they taste okay but not great. I got spoiled by eating Brazil nuts in the shell recently which definitely have a better fresher taste, but they're typically harder to find and more expensive.

As always, Yupik has great products. Well-priced, fresh, perfect. Great for vegans looking to boost their selenium.

I'm eating two of these a day now and my hair is no longer falling out in handfuls!! They are fresh and yummy. I keep them in a glass jar in the kitchen and when I pass by I remember to eat two a day. Since I started this and run my fingers through my hair I stopped pulling out handfuls!!!!
