The Maclaren stroller we own does not have adequate sun protection and we needed something additional. This sunshade works perfectly on the stroller and provides very good sun protection to our baby.I recommend this product.

You can NOT use this without a preexisting sun shade, contrary to some of the reviews.

I love this thing. Strollers never have enough shade, but this extension provides plenty of shade and is adjustable. It is also easy to store.

This Sun shade is a lifesaver. For a few weeks, I felt bad every time the sun hit my son's face. As much as I love the MacLaren stroller, the original canopy is just too small (almost a joke). I tried to "create" my own sun shade by sewing a soft, airy fabric that would go over the canopy - but it ended up looking so ghetto. Not only that, but the fabric would lay against my son's face when there was a wind, etc - and he had to push it out of the way. So I bit the bullet and bought this Sun Shade -- it was definitely worth it!!!

Soooooo happy I got this..doesnt really fit my stroller but i made it work! such a helper product..my daughter hates the sun in her face and its made such a difference

you can adjust to shade your baby from the sun coming from pretty much any direction, which is great. Easy enough to put on and away. One design flaw: if you don't attach the velcro whan you store it, it will stick to the shade fabric and damage it.

It get's the job done... But it's not easy to put away. It's really not worth the price. I think you can get the same result from other baby brands
