**Q: How many peppers are in the bag?**
A: Without removing them from the bag for an accurate count, I am guessing my bag contained 12-15 peppers.

**Q: I received these and they are covered in a white "something."  Is this mold?**
A: I do not know for sure, but that seems like a very good guess.  I would definitely try to send the back.  The ones received were not covered with anything.

**Q: What are dried fresno peppers called?**
A: Fresnos are like jalapeños but from New Mexico. Anchos are dried poblanos.

**Q: How many heat units?**
A: I don't know about heat units, but mild chili pepper. It gives a smoky taste versus hot flavor. So 2 or 3 in a sauce wouldn't be to much heat.
