Refreshing and definitely does help take the redness out a bit. I really like the whole thermal water spray idea but i did read that you shouldn't over use as it will dry out your skin. I use once a day. I have not used it for the other suggestions on the bottle but i'm sure it works great. Really like this product, especially before bed.
