Yum!
Finally found on Amazon what I was looking for. (Meanwhile, good thing returns to Amazon are made easy ~ 'cause some things simply don't come across realistically via internet).

Great quality fabric
I use this fabric for my bag making. Love the weight of it….not too thin, not too thick. Arrived on time, as well.

Love this fabric
Great, affordable option for 100% linen. I love the fabric quality, look and feel. My only gripe is they mentioned numerous quantities will result in one continuous cut… unfortunately I ordered 3 yards and got 3 separate packages of 1 yard cuts. Its a good thing I improvised my sewing to fit.

Quite heavy-weight, rough hand.
As usual, my Amazon search for a 100% linen fabric returned this option. I purchased without realizing the substitution. This is a heavy-weight, almost rough fabric, perfect for tea towels, tote bags, etc. I was looking for a fabric for a lightweight scarf and think this may be too heavy for that purpose, so will continue my search.

good quilt fabric
Washed well, not too much shrinkage or ironing needed, looks good in quilt and quilts easily. It is a heavier fabric than i expected but not too heavy. It does not "wiggle" like 100% linen.

Arrived in one piece
My order arrived quick. I ordered 4 yards and it came in one continuous piece. It has a nice feel to it. I’m planning on making rag doll legs and doll clothes out of it. I originally wanted to make throw pillows and I still may! I think this linen would work well for clothing as well as household projects. It feels sturdy but not too thick and scratchy to be used for clothing. I love Kaufman Essex linen, though. I use other colors often for making baby bloomers, baby bonnets, dresses, red riding hood and Robin Hood capes, etc.
