Adjustable Back Brace, Black, One Size Fits All

I have tried many braces for low back support and this one by far is the best and longest lasting brace I have found. It can be washed and the Velcro does not lose its functionality at all, which was an issue I had with several other brands of belts. It’s adjustable for smaller waists and really protects and supports my lower back while I’m exercising and active, without slipping up or down, remaining attached even when I’m doing a lot of moving and stretching. This is my 2nd one...bought it to have a backup while my first is in the wash. I may buy a 3rd to keep at work. I’m using these every day and I no longer have spasms because of a wrong twist. Also it doesn’t add much heat to my mid-section. I can’t say it doesn’t add any...it does add some heat esp while I’m moving a lot...but not as much heat/sweat as other belts out there I have tried. The inner band is wide and the outer adjustment band is more narrow. Definitely worth it.

Light weight, comfortable. Price midrange, I bought it for my husband who is not easily pleased. He is very satisfied with this belt. He wears it whenever he's working outdoors. We bought a second one so one can be in the wash. One caveat: my husband has a 34" waist. He said it would not fit a big man.

The brace says one size, but it runs very small. It barely fits my husband and he is thin.

Good fitting

The back brace is a perfect fit. I use it for long distance driving, heavy house work, and gardening. Highly recommended.

This back brace is too short for those of us who have added a few pounds since turning over 70. I have the same belt purchased over 10 years ago and it is 2 inches longer than this belt.

The brace was very helpful adding strength & supported when needed.

Ok for small waist. Not for me wearing a 38” waist.
