ONLY 55KMH = 35 MPH ???
I have rode this on flat ground and up hills , and in 3rd gear its max speed is 55 kmh = 35 mph , I have rode it full throttle down hill and it hit 56/57 kmh I CANNOT hit 60 kmh on this for some reason -- I assumed I could do at least do 60-70 kmh which would equal about 40/43mph but it maxed out at 55 ??? any here have any idea how to get it to 70 kmh --*note - I put the scooter on a bike lift and turned the throttle full power on 3rd gear and it hit 80 kmh but when any one rides it , it only goes a maximum of 55kmh is there a restrictor set when someone rides it then it slows down ???
