Bought for a 5 hour flight because I’m fed up using an assortment of jackets as a pillow against the window and never being comfortable. Have only tried it sitting around the house so far but it offers significantly more support than others I tried in the shops. It feels bigger than I expected around the face but it’s texture is very soft and I think I will get used to that. I’d have put the decorative top trim a bit further round/ slightly over the top. Not sure if it will end up annoying me. However it is great there is no seam in the inner part around my neck. And unbelievably it actually looks stylish.

I wanted to get a pillow to travel by plane.I thought this might be the one, but there are a few problems, these problems are:1- No chin support, there is large gap between your neck and the front of the pillow, even when i tried using the belt to tighten the gap it still was a large gap, which resulted in no chin support.2- the ear plugs have cheap quality and basically doesn't work, i can't really add anything to that, they really don't work and are of bad quality.3- the eyes cover doesn't cover your eyes completely, unless you have a flat nose, then there wil still be light coming from below your eyes.I gave it 2 starts because of the softness and the ability to change the pillow cover and wash it.

Great neck pillow with good support . Although it is a little heavier than I had expected .

Something has gone seriously wrong here, no cover no, mask just a crappy bit of misshapen foam absolutely disgusted and furious
