Absolutely georgeous , I was looking to replace our kitchen light as the crystal led that was bought 8 months ago just stopped , I wanted a rectangular light fitment as our kitchen is long with Crystal's I saw this one somewhere else and it was double the price , I am a fanatic Amazon shopper /customer and when I saw this I just had to get it , interns of wiring it was literally 5min job the only problem we had was finding the beams in the ceiling to secure the metal bracket as this is quite long and did not match the bracket that was on there previously, I was a bit worried that the fitment wouldn't hold as once Crystal's in place it would be quite heavy so luckily we already had plasterboard screws and raw plugs once the bracket is up the wiring ( did ourselves) was simple , it did take time to put crystals on but now looks fantastic ( put crystals on once light fitment is fitted ) I didnt use the gloves provided , kept snagging on Crystal's, so happy with this light pictures do not give it justice , good price , excellent value for money, looks very expensive too , buy it you wont be disappointed because you will love it , bulbs dont come with it , I bought this because of the bulbs , un like my previous kitchen light had to throw it away no bulbs , led strip ,

An absolutely stunning light. 😍 It is heavy, has to be assembled, needs 2 people for assembly. Electrics easy to set up but fiddly to put up. I had a crystal strand broken but managed to DIY together. The instruction are non existent. Tips: the outside long strands I push them through the whole and bent them at the top to hook/stay in place. The other strands with the crystal balls you thread like a key ring chain. The easiest way I found was pushing the ring opening against it and roll it in. I know its a lot but persevere, its 1000 % worth it. The picture does not do it justice!

Make sure you secure the light into a joist in the ceiling - it's very heavy when fully assembled. I had to lift the floorboards in the room above to put an additional timber between the joists as the light needed to be positioned between two joists - not a big job but necessary for the correct fixings. The assembly of the light is time consuming - but worth the end result. :)

I absolutely love this light. It is really good quality, looks beautiful and is quite a show piece. My electrician installed it for me and as you can see, I didn't have much height in the kitchen so he fixed it flush to the ceiling. I added the crystals. Yes, it will take time to do, but the end result is worth it. One of my crystals were damaged but this was replaced very quickly. I never usually write reviews, but I am so please with the product and service. Thank you.

I'm really pleased with this light, the quality of the crystals and the light it gives off (when used with the recommended bulbs) lovely. The picture really doesn't do it justice but I suppose it is difficult to capture the sparkling crystals in a photograph. I would mention that a number of the crystals were damaged but I understand from previous buyers the company are happy to replace any damaged ones. I'm unable to mark the installation and assembly as it was done by an electrician.

For the price you can't go wrong with this, looks like a £500 chandelier. Couple of broken crystals but replaced within a week. Tip when installing; spend time getting the set up right first before hanging any of the crystals. There is a height adjustment that isn't obvious (you can lower the height of each of the four suspension cables by pressing on the spring loaded fixing point on the ceiling plate) this will loosen the cable and allow you to lower the whole thing, to shorten the length you just push the cable up into the ceiling plate and once under tension it grips tight.

Lovely light that looks more expensive than it is. Not terribly easy to hang, we put the crystals on before installing which made it heavy but there is no way I could have attached the base to the ceiling and the attached the crystals, it took over an hour to do when the light was down. That said it is worth the effort. We had a few broken crystals but the seller rectified this immediately so would definitely buy from them again.

Chandelier was easy to connect electrically but that was it. The rest of it was pretty awkward to assemble. Three of the internal ball chrystals were damaged and now it has left a gap in the light. Chandelier looks good but is now incomplete. Not sure why the seller would not put additinal chrystals in , just in case of damage or loss. Now i need to contact seller for replacement chrystals or dismantle to return for a refund.
