I wore it all day because I forgot I was wearing it.
I've owned the PFD for a few weeks now. I highly recommend it. It does rub the sides of your neck just a bit but I believe this will fix itself in time. Just beware if you a little thicker necked that average. Other than that I have had several outings where I've kept in on all day and completely forgot I had it on. A vast improvement over the ski jacket I was using as far as comfort.
