Now Reha knows why I bought this Chillam.Its a good product, I was expecting a smaller chillam but to my surprise it's a huge as* chillam. The cover that came with it is soft to touch, durable, thick and tough for protecting this clay chillam inside.Chillam is sturdy, big and its made of Clay. Once touched I thought it isn't clay but it is.You do not have to worry about mishandling of this product by delivery or packaging because its made of clay or anything as it is made and packed in a way to sustain all harms that comes its way.It came with a cleaning brush which was a plus. The only thing that was missing here is a Saafi. Request buyers to include that and we have it all.. well except for the greens. :)

I've used one for a year and had to replace it now. I got two new chillums just now and the balancing stone of both the chillam is too narrow.There's no way the flame can travel half way down the chillam to reach the stash.
