What arrived looked like the picture but nowhere did it say "Bessmate". What arrived is "Redpepper", which doesn't really matter to me. It passed the waterproof test before I put my phone in it. The case adds a little weight and but but not much more than I expected. Having the ability to silence my phone was important and installing it properly for this ability was not difficult at all. I think the kickstand is a nice option, although I haven't used it yet. I like having the lanyard to secure the phone to my wrist for taking pictures around water and being on the boat. Picture quality does not seem to be degraded by the case, and the ports for charging and headphones are easily accessible. I didn't even have to use the adaptor for my headphones to work well. A little more pressure has to be put on the screen to make contact with the phone's touch screen but once I got used to it, it was no big deal. The fingerprint ID mechanism also works just fine. My only issue so far is with the sound quality for phone calls; not great but tolerable.

Case is great and works very well...did paper towel test first... but lack of customer support forces me to rate it low.PROS:1. TouchID works great2. Waterproof works3. Feels secured & protected4. The stand on the back works fineCONS1. Screen feels terrible... I felt like I went back to my HTC Kaiser II (6-7 years ago)... completely lost sensitivity...take 5x more time to type a regular SMS2. Due to screen it cant be used on daily base; need to be the spare case for beach/pool days3. Customer service is non existant - there's no company website & the email I found gives me reply. I've dropped my phone from my hand to the floor (~4 ft) and the phone was fine, no noticeable damage, but the case broke inside; the internal side of the ring/silent switch broke (see in the pics)... if the case is said to hold up to 6''drops I expect it not to break as well. I've contact the customer support email twice already and got ZERO response. Case is still functional, but missing the ability to turn ring on/off.In summary, for 20 bucks it's a great case, but not for daily use; and disposable if something happens as there's no customer support.

Good protection for less money than a Similar Lifeproof case. Some major downsides though. One, the screen will click because it's not flush with the screen. Two, and more importantly there is a clunky mechanism to slide the phone into the case so you can align the volume button. If you don't do it correctly it will not work and in the month I've had the case, the volume button has snapped on the inside, so it's useless. Just a really BAD design in that way. One last thing, this case will not fit any charger but the official Apple, as the port in the case is too small. Which necessitates the constant opening of the case to charge-which neccitates the realigning of the volume button, which results in that breaking...also I've experienced vibration during calls in my ear....it's cheap enough though.

Overall I'd say this is a very sturdy, durable, waterproof case. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars was the screen sensitivity. Maybe this was due to the screen protector that I already had installed on the case, but in certain areas of the screen, I had to press firmly (relatively. Not enough to active 3D touch on my 6s) in order to get a response. This was not over the whole phone, but only in one particular ares. Other than that, it was golden. I took it with me in a snowy environment and it protected the phone perfectly. Completely waterproof and offers wonderful, durable protection from all of the elements. I would recommend!

It's an inexpensive waterproof case and works well so far. I thought I would try this one before I went with the more expensive brands. I like the kickstand for viewing videos, but I don't think it will hold up for the long haul. The phone silence switch and the plugs that protect the headphone and charging ports don't seem especially hardy either, but the work. The case does affect the sound quality of the phone. I hear buzzing sometimes when I talk to people and voices aren't as clear as without the case. However, it isn't bothersome enough for me to ditch the case-it is nice knowing that my phone is well protected-for now.

For the price its pretty good. I am a fairly active person and needed a rugged case to protect my phone and this does the job.Pros:-Rugged: has done its job to protect my phone-Slim: compared to my wife's Otterbox Case it is fairly slim-Has a kickstand so that I don't have to hold me phone up when watching a videoCons:-People have told me there is a slight "buzzing" sound when I'm talking to them with my iPhone. This "buzzing" sound goes away when I take the case off. I had to put a piece of saram wrap between my phone and the case to make it stop this weird noise.

I am very glad I bought this case! I work in a construction environment and needed something that was going to protect my new iPhone under conditions that are somewhat hazardous for phones. There is always water being sprayed, heavy dust, and other similar situations. I feel totally secure with this case on my phone.I conducted the water test as in the instructions. It sealed perfectly. I hear some buyers complaining that a corner wouldn't close completely. PRESS IT HARDER and it will snap in! I have dropped my phone in the dirt several times and it hasn't shown any signs of damage.I love the look and feel of this case! The fingerprint ID works perfectly. I have had some difficulty at times hearing a phone call, but I work in a noisy environment and can live with that. I have no problems when away from the work site.I have no real complaints at all about this case and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable solution for protecting their iPhone.
