Very pleased with this shower chair. While it does require some assembly, it definitely was not difficult. The Memory Care Center was very excited to have this equipment to help with bathing/showering my husband, and commented on how sturdy it seems to be in spite of the fact that it is very easy to move because of its light weight. Delivery was speedy and without issues. Highly recommend.

Awesome product, I weigh 290lbs I feel very secure when I take a shower, I have a walk in shower which makes it easy. I can roll in an out making it easy to sit in front of the mirror.

this chair seemed like it had it all for what I wanted for my brother who was in a care facility. strong, sturdy fixtures to provide safety and support.I wasn't sure which one to get but when I saw this model, I knew this would serve his needs. thank you

I am 5' tall and noticed right away that the width of the chair was much more than my existing chair. I could not get on and move back (I can only use my arm strength; no strength at all in legs). Foolishly, I took my shower and slid out of the chair when I was trying to get out. The paramedics had to come to put me back in my wheelchair. I do not blame you; should have returned the product as soon as I realized it was too big for me. Since it is now used, I will donate it to Lend A Hand and not return for credit. If you have a smaller product of the same quality I would be interested in purchasing same.

Easy to assemble

I bought this for my elderly family member. The chair is easily assembled, and works well for our needs

Purchased to use at my daughters home. They have a beautiful walk in shower but not grab bars. This chair was perfect. Need someone to steady chair when locked and transferring. Once positioned in shower able to reach everything with ease.

Just too wide for my shower so I just returned it for the same model not as wide and it is good
