Required repair, direct from packaging. But still much better than a new controller.
TLDR; Had to resolder a connector that fell off. Right stick is not perfectly centered, but does not drift. If you can solder, this is a viable alternative to buying a new controller.Out of the package, the board seemed fine. But while inspecting/comparing to my controllers original board. It was noticed that the physical contact pin to the paddles circuit board was on its side. (Pictured. Large silver bit in the center) When touched, it fell right off the main board. It's normally a surface mount part. But with a fine point soldering tip, I was able to heat the part from the inside to make a good join. Though holding and positioning were very finicky.Soldering on the wires for the vibration motors was easy. Anyone with a practiced hand should have no issue. When testing/verifying in the controller configuration app after it was put back together. Everything worked like it should. But the right stick in it's centering screen, showed that it was bouncing between centered and the most minimal recognized down value. Though when tested in Minecraft, there was no drift on that stick. All in all; I would say that buying the replacement board is a better alternative to buying a new controller. It just a bit more work than a simple swap out plug and play.

Used but works great
It took two tries before I got it the first time it got lost in the mail lol "not sellers fault" but the second came in like it was supposed to lol and when I got it the board was dirty and you can tell something at some point had spilled on it and at first thought I was going have to send it back but at closer look the board it self and the components was not damaged so I tried it and it works great. They had left little bits of the wire so you know what color goes where but I suggest taking a picture of the wiring and the placement of the vibrator Motors on the original one before removing it so you know which side they go on so you don't get confused because there's no way to tell once it's apart lol

Seemed to Be a USED Part, now NEW
I ordered this part of May 22nd, in a quantity of One. when i recieved my order, 2 packages wwere sent of the same Motherboard, and originally my invoice stated that i was only charged for one. upon inspection of the actual component i noticed that the first circuit board appeared to be used, and the E-pads on the board for the left Rumble pack for the elite controller did not have the solder on them(may be called the foil soldering points). it looked like someone tried to remove the solder on this board that was attached to another rumble pack and accidentally removed the foil points too. after noticing this is assumed that the 2nd shipment of this part was to replace this first one that is basically broken. i planned on keeping this unusable motherboard to see if it was possible to repair, but then today i checked my orders on amazon and i found that my order is now doubled and im being charged for 2 motherboards. i am definitely going to return this item and make sure that i am not charged for an unusable component.

Like a brand new controller
Worked perfectly, Took 5 mins to take part the old and install the new one. Only had to re-solder the 4 wires on each side of the controller. Controller feels brand new again and no stick drift.

It works
First unit I got didn't have a rumble on the right trigger at all and a slight drift (that wasn't too bad since I've had the same kind of drift before) but the replacement one works perfectly. So happy my controller works again because I can't use the regular paddles, I have to use the scuf ones. Thank you for saving me from buying a series 2 lol

Savior!!
I was a little hesitant to purchase this board considering some of the reviews that I read, however I am happy to report that the board works perfectly. NOTE: You will need to solder some wires together. This was a massive relief to myself and my fiancée, as she bought a customized Elite controller for me for my previous birthday, but the stick drift had become a nuisance to me. I attempted to replace the individual axis sensors but without luck, and the original Elite controllers are very hard to find. This was perfect and I am very grateful to the seller.

Not new in the slightest
the board came in a bit damaged. Plastics was a tab out of shape and pins were bent. Looking at the board you can tell they took the qc mark and tried to erase the sharpie. It even had bits of the wire from the previous controller on it still. This is a donar board and not new. I even had to take a bunch of alcohol to get rid of the smoaker smell off the pcb. Also there is stick drift right out of the bag. Not new

Cheaper than a new controller if you're handy.
Worked great and not hard at all to reconnect to the controller. I did notice mild stick creep on my left stick.
