I am not a chemist so I am somewhat ignorant of the art of extraction. I understand that you are condensing compounds to get more of the active ingredients into a smaller vessel. All of my experience with mushroom extracts include a dark to very dark colored product. This product is very pale like beer, and smells totally of alcohol. Is there some chemical that has been separated from the mushrooms and in turn makes this what? I don't know maybe my ignorance is showing but I don't plan on buying this brand again.It was cheap I didn't expect much.
