Great fit and he can’t get it off! Breathable even on walks!

I have a dog who likes to murder birds (it's not her fault, but also I love my Cardinals). I've had this muzzle for a month now and it's worked perfectly. Not a single dead avian. It stays on well, she can fully drink with it on, and she manages to still enjoy her digging and sniffing. We've used other muzzles to the point where she is muzzle trained. So having a softer muzzle for longer play time was really needed. This doesn't leave any marks on her face, and it's sooo much easier to put on.

We needed a lightweight muzzle that would allow our dog to breathe comfortably but still prevent him from eating stones and other objects during walks. He doesn’t need it all the time, but it’s great that we found one that fits his size well and doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Practical and comfortable solution!

I have a 10lb maltipoo puppy who would eat everything and anything during our walks. So i decided to get this mask... does it work? Yes. It prevents him from opening his mouth to the point he cant technically grab onto anything. The mask is easily adjustable to fit the size of a very small dogs head. I can see he can still stick out his tongue a little bit so its not so tight where its cruel and the front opening gives his nose space so it's not terrible. Durability is meh, maybe a month in and this thing is showing signs of heavy wear, might need to always have a back up. The mesh itself is sturdy but the nature of the product to a certain extent doesn't allow it to last very long. My dog is constantly smelling the concrete side walk and scraping the mask during walks so the front is showing wear, understandable. The $12.99 price is heavy however for the size of this thing and the fact i may need to constantly replace it. It's genius lol

I have a 65lb GSP and I bought a few different types of muzzles and this soft muzzle was the only one he couldn’t rip off at all but also be able to be comfortable still. It doesn’t bother my dogs skin. The quality is great and does exactly what it needs to. Size medium.

The muzzle works for a 22lb standard wire hair dachshund it allows her to breathe easily and even drink water through the muzzle. Once, we got the right fit with the strap around the neck she had no trouble keeping it on. Even with trying to pull it off she couldn’t do it. Although we do not leave it on her for long lengths of time. Just short times while out and about. We do have to clean it daily as our dog loves to scour the ground and pick up debris. One issue I have is with Amazon saying it was an overnight delivery every time I put it in the cart and went to checkout - It was 4 day delivery very false information and FYI, I had more than $25 in the cart so I met the minimum requirements for overnight. Ordered Tuesday evening delivery scheduled for Saturday that is definitely not overnight,

*** UPDATE: Lowered my rating after the rip continued to grow until this product was rendered pointless. I noticed on the product page that they actually offer replacement for ripped products so I wrote the company, but they have so far not responded after several days. I will try again and will update my review accordingly. It would be different if they did not offer this guarantee, but since it is clearly stated, it should be honored. Very disappointed. *** We purchased this muzzle to use in combination with an inflatable e-collar after our dog had a (mercifully benign) tumor surgically removed from her foreleg. After just a day, she managed to pull off both her e-collar and her regular collar and ripped out all of her stitches while we slept. Did I mention she's a VERY stubborn, VERY destructive dog?! We decided that since we can't police her 24/7 and the location of her incision is such that a bandage - even if we somehow found one she wouldn't rip off - will not stay in place, we'd try adding a muzzle to her protective headgear arsenal. We liked that this one is mesh so she can still drink from her bowl, and doesn't restrict her jaw movements. And it's worked! She has not managed to remove either the collar, e-collar, or muzzle since we've been using it. However, she DOES hate it, and that's where the 3 star rating largely comes in. For fit, I'd give this a 3.5 / 5 stars. Following the measurement guide, she was right on the border, so we sized up. It does fit around her head and it does work, but it's got a little too much wiggle room width-wise that I think might actually cause her to be more aware of it constantly moving around than if it were snug. Since she is so aware of it, she is CONSTANTLY trying to rub her face against things - the edge of the brick patio outside, the fence, the grass, and multiple dead birds - to remove it. As she does so, she manages to get some of the mesh into her mouth and has chewed or ripped several holes in it. It still keeps her from messing with her now mostly healed surgical site too much, but it would not be effective if we were trying to muzzle her for a biting problem. We do like that this allows her to drink and has enough space in front of her nose that we can occasionally drop a treat in. We also were really glad it was able to be washed after she rubbed her face in dead birds. Even so, it still gets pretty stinky pretty quickly, especially when it has to be worn all the time: we tried taking off her muzzle / e-collar while we were home to watch her, but she spent 100% of the time ignoring us and diving straight for her wound if even one of the devices was removed (and even with a muzzle on, she irritates the skin), so it has to stay on constantly until she can heal, except for food breaks. Again, this does the trick, but it is not durable. When her wound is completely healed, we'll have to throw this away as she's ripped several holes in it. It also smells horrible after a short amount of time. It has served its purpose, but in the future, I'd probably choose something more durable with a better fit.

Soft muzzle is a great way to stop dogs from eating things outside. They can drink water with it on and you can pop treats in the front. It also protects the dog's nose if they are an enthusiastic herding ball player. The mask will wear out after a month or so, if the dog still tries to chew on sticks or rocks. Muzzle is washable and easy to rinse out.

Amazing. I have issues with my puppies eating rabbit poop, little sticks and they have even killed baby rabbits in the yard. I know eating a little rabbit poop is not going to kill them BUT when your little one is 5lbs and has zero self control...and eats the dirt along with it, then pukes that all over your house...then it's a problem. They fit perfectly, as per size chart for my toy poodles. They look like Hannibal and I did have to bribe them but they aren't too bothered by them and they always stay on. You can also put treats in the end and they can eat them with the muzzle is on. Would highly recommend this for a multitude of purposes!
