The media could not be loaded. Tuve que pagar para la instalación y luego quitar la nueva llave y pagar para que me instalen la anterior y así ordenar otra nuevamente y ahora tendré que pagar otra ves la instalación ya que la que me acaban de traer buscaron y buscaron el problema de porque estaba goteando y definitivamente dijeron el agua provenía de algo que está defectuosa la llave .

Very satisfied
Perfect size and color for my kitchen. Not too tall for smaller kitchen and my sink. Had plumber install - appeared to be easy however. Only complaint is that the adjustable screw to limit the temperature has only one level and keeps water too cold so that control is not useful at all. Otherwise excellent product. Read some people don't like the pressure but is fine for me.

A truly Bright copper faucet
Very nice but it didn't mach my decor style because the copper color was way too bright which maid the faucet look too retro and very comercial style, it would be great in a large brewery as an accent; if in doubt, please give it a try to test it out with your decorations before making a decision on this one.Very eye catching and big.

Great Customer Service
Love the color, it matches the drawer pulls I bought really well. I had an issue with the sprayer attachment spraying a little while in stream mode and they replaced it within 3 days of my complaint. They were very responsive through email.
