Q: Will this item also work with cards? For instance, can i take the cd sleeves out and puy in the sleeves that hold cards?

No, its not like a binder inside, the sleeves are sewn into the material on the inside, so there is no way of removing it, unless you cut them out. And there is no way of putting sleeves in, unless you get a binder, and take the 3 cylinder things out of it, and glueing in into the binder. wouldn't recommend it though.

Not sure but I suppose you could. You would have to remove all of the CD pages from it because it comes pre-loaded with pages for the CDs.
