Very disappointed
I got this backpack for my 5 year old son and was very disappointed. The backpack itself is fine but the lunchbox is not insulated. It’s made out of the same fabric as the backpack. Anything that would produce condensation or a cup that wasn’t closed all the way is just going to leak out everywhere. I know my kids and this would never have worked. I’m sending it back

Get what you pay for
It's pretty cheaply made, literally one layer of fabric but it gets the job done for a kindergartener. The lunch box has no stability to it so food can get easily smashed. It also has no thermal lining to it. It's all usable though and for the price and it being spiderman it's not that bad.

Plenty of room for a bento box and thermos inside the lunchbox!
Love, love, love it!! I wanted something for my kid to be excited to wear to school and this seems to be a winner! My son immediately put books inside and got "ready" for school.The lunch box is really roomy which was a relief because of the bento box I bought for my son's lunch needed to fit in it. There's plenty of room for the tupperware plus a thermos. Bonus!I also like how the lunch box can strap to the front of the backpack.And the cherry on top? The backpack came a week early!

Fine for Pre-K age but "lunch bag" is NOT insulated
Pros:Both bags seem durable (for Pre-K age), the straps seem really comfortable and are adjustable. The design is Spiderman so both my boys LOVE these backpacks!Cons:I would have rated this set 5 stars but the "lunch box" is not insulated. It's just an extra tote that can attach to the front so now I have to buy insulated bags to put inside those totes for my boys snack time.

Terrible quality- didn’t last a day!
My kindergartener used this one day. It came home with the piping scraped up and a hole in the bottom of the bag that makes it useless. Granted, he most likely dragged it a bit for this to happen. But ONE day? I can’t imagine he was that hard on it during one half day inside.

Not to impressed
Initial thoughts on the backpack were pretty good. It's a cute design, seemed a little cheap but it was for my 4 year old so I figured it was perfect for his first year in school! He loved it too so seemed like a win-win!Not even 3 weeks into school.... exactly 12 days into school he gets home one day extremely upset and tells me that his backpack broke. The main strap on the bottom so now the backpack is not usable. It would require a sewing machine to fix but it still wouldn't look right and it would take alot of work to fix. I also don't have a sewing machine so this backpack will be going in the trash!!! Pretty disappointing overall and now I have to go get a new backpack by Monday!!!

Cheap
Made cheaply & won't last my kiddo through kindergarten. The "lunch box" is the same poorly stitched material as the backpack & is NOT insulated. An ice pack would sweat right through it. Returned it.

Nice backpack for pre k
Nice little backpack that serves its purpose… a bit thin and flimsy with a thin lunch Box tho I do like that it attaches to the backpack.just fine for the price.
