Good looks and quality but the spen stylus begins to malfunction. It shows S pen is not in the slot even when it is there. Spen fails to recharge. So if you are a person who uses the S pen a lot then this is not suited. But I am really impressed with the overall quality of the product. It was a good change

Product and Customer executive both are bad
Quality is very bad. It is damaged.I was about to about to return the product. With hectic schedule I was not able to raise the return request for the product. The return window was closed just 10 mins before I have tried. Have tried with Customer executive 1 told me to try with manufacturer from external sources and the other executive have responded very rudely. Very bad service and bad product.
