Pay attention when mounting
My husband had trouble installing the curtain rods and we almost returned them. We thought they gave us the wrong pieces. The wall mounts need to be matched and SIZED to the curtain rod ends before screwing into the wall!!! There are 2 smaller wall mounts and 2 larger wall mounts that match up to the ends of the curtain rod. Don’t make the mistake we did!The curtain rods look nice and the design helps with the curtains wrapping to the wall. They do seem to stick out further at the top and leave a gap for light. Maybe this gap would be filled if you used curtains with grommets. We have tab top curtains.

Easy to use product that does what it says it'll do
I had purchased some absolutely terrible curtain rods at Ikea, and I had been deeply regretting that purchase every weekend morning when light streamed in the sides of my curtains and every morning and evening when I had to open or close the curtains and they'd snag on the spacer between the two halves of the bar. Oh, and the Ikea ones were hideous. (Sorry Ikea, usually I like you.)Enter these curtain rods. They curve around the edges of the window and block light from entering my room. A small amount of light still gets in, but I think that's as more a function of my curtains, window shape/type, and the somewhat unconventional way I mounted these. It's still a dramatic improvement over other, conventional curtain mounting systems.Installing them was easy. Put the (metal) bracket up against the wall, mark the holes, use anchors if you need to, then screw the brackets in. Once the brackets are secure, you just pop the rod onto the brackets and you're done! There are tiny little spring-loaded pins that 'lock' the bar to the brackets. Push in the pin and you can easily remove the entire bar from the bracket to change out, take down, or clean your curtains. The bar has holes top and bottom, so it doesn't matter if you install the brackets pin-up or pin-down, although I recommend installing them pin-down so that the pin won't snag on your curtains. (The snagging is a really minor issue even with my very snag-prone curtains.)

Bracket insert same size noted in photo
The rod insert into the last bracket I was installing is the same size so NO sliding into place. So disappointing. So I’m stuck with one set of curtains installed and the other set on hold. Hope the company will do the right thing and send me one rod that will fit so I don’t have to take the other one down. Lesson learned...check to see if they fit before you get started. I’ve ordered from Amazon for years and this is the only problem I’ve ever had with a product.

I love the wrap around feature.
I wanted curtain rods that would keep the most light out and that is what these wrap around curtain rods accomplish. They are sturdy without being heavy. I was able to assemble curtain rods easily; as well as hang them without difficulty. Foremost, I am glad the curtain rods come in a two-pack. The two-pack is more economical.

Not happy
I spent $30 on basically one curtain rod that works. The other one that came in the package was defective and won’t even fit into the proper place of where it should. I would like a replacement ASAP. It took 3 weeks/4 weeks to get this as is. I’ve already placed the other rod in my window with curtains. I was putting this one up and just saw this.

Easy to install
Easy enough to install. I just hope I don't have to take the curtains down soon. Looks like you have to back the screws out of each side to take them down to clean them. I wished the instructions would've included what size hole to drill for the anchors instead of guessing which size was needed. I used these for 7 windows so after the first trial an error it went rather fast. Also don't tighten the screws all the way until you get the rod on then tighten the screws. That will save you a lot of frustration for sure.

Sufficient
I always hear the phrase, you get what you pay for, well, that is this product. It's sturdy and yet lightweight. Installation is good as long as you realize there are 2 different sizes of the bracket pieces that screw into the wall or ceiling. The reason I have it 3 stars is due to the craftsmanship of the rod itself. It was rough looking. Lines where it should have been smooth and faded color. It is sufficient.

Flimsy Curtain Rods
I like these curtain Ross as a low cost alternative, but one of the two rods had a broken "spring button" that snapped off. I tried to contact the seller to replace it, but the seller never responded. The rods are flimsy. I kept the rods, as these three bedroom window curtains are a necessity in my densely populated, urban neighborhood. These rods suffice, but I am careful to not stress them for fear of them falling. I think you will find better alternatives at nearly as low a price.I do not recommend these rods.
