I bake yeast breads and other heavy doughs but have previously used a sturdy wooden mixing spoon to mix in the flour. I tried this dough whisk and it worked perfectly. It is so much easier and faster to incorporate the flour. This is my new favorite tool! It is sturdy, feels good in my hand and releases the dough easily. The tool is sealed at the ends and can go into the dishwasher. I highly recommend for heavy and sticky doughs.

I think I found this little whisk on a 'best small whisk' list ... and it really is fantastic. I had one of those cheapo ones that comes with a gift bag of pancake mix and you couldn't get it clean and it was just kind of pathetic. This is in another class. It feels fantastic to hold. I do have small hands and I love that it doesn't make my hand tired like a regular whisk. It is perfect for mixing anything in a mug or a liquid measuring cup. I had it in my cart forever because it was kind of expensive, I thought - but it really isn't for what you get. It's a quality thing and will last forever.

I previously owned the mini size that I had bought at a kitchen boutique. It is really sturdy and has served me well so I bought the set of 3 to replace my larger whisks. I use all three sizes depending on the task and they work well. They are very comfortable to use, but I could see the mini handle being too small for big hands. They work well for wet or dry ingredients. One of my favorite things about these whisks is that they are reinforced where they meet the handle so water does not get in and I do not have to worry about them falling apart. These hold up in the dishwasher, but I wash by hand just to be gentle on them. The three pack is a great value for the money and I definitely recommend them!

This is the perfect tool for quickly mixing batters without overdoing it. Because of the flat shape, it can get into areas that a balloon whisk has problems with. It's very easy to clean and store.

I like them. They look well made. I would like the mini more if the handle were a little longer, maybe an inch longer. The head of the mini is perfect, it's the handle that I wish were an inch longer. Otherwise, the product is perfect.

This whisk is an amazing tool for blending dough by hand. Mix ingredients thoroughly without overworking your dough. How did I bake without this??? Just buy it, already...you'll see!

Works great for small jobs

Good, sturdy twines that are very thick. This has been a champ and I’m not nearly as worried about the whisk getting bent or falling apart. as the previous ones I’ve owned.

This is a fabulous tool for my kitchen. I saw it on a cooking show and decided to try it and I am so glad I did. It is sturdy and easy to use. My first time using it I made meatloaf and was able to mix it well and quickly. Nothing got stuck in it as advertised and it was so easy to clean. As you can tell I'm impressed and will be using it a lot.
