Initially concerned about flex and bearings....but
This board met all expectations! It arrived on time and had all the parts it was supposed to have. The box was a bit beaten up since it wasn't packaged in a larger box, but that didn't seem to affect anything with the actual product- so no biggie. I ordered the White Panda and the board itself it beautiful. The trucks are painted perfectly and the board has a nice gloss to it when outside. I was a bit scared when I first got on because the middle section bent much more than what first seemed like it would. But the flex didn't cause any issues when I actually rode it outside. Keep in mind that I am 19 and roughly 150 lbs, so it was of concern at first that this board could snap under me (sure hope it doesn't, I really want this one for a long time). I had to loosen all the bolts at first because they were a bit tight, but once I did, everything was smooth and moveable.I was concerned about the quality of the bearings and how long the wheels would roll for before I bought this board. Before loosening the nuts, the wheels only spun for 1-2 seconds. After loosening the nuts, they spun for a good 4-6 seconds. Not bad, but I do know that the Penny Board brand's wheels spin for a bit longer. Nevertheless, the wheels are still great and provide a good, smooth ride outside. It's a good match to the Penny Board brand and for waaay cheaper. I would much rather drop $55 for this than $120 for the Penny I was about to buy.The t-tool is a definite plus. I was hesitant to buy this board at first because it is ~$10 more expensive than other similar boards on Amazon, and I didn't think I'd need the tool. But immediately after opening the box I needed it and was reassured that I made the right choice with this brand because of that. Overall, a great purchase and am looking forward to the exercise and fun it will bring!

Included tool=great addition
Just got my board in the mail a few hours ago and I have been riding it nonstop! The tool that is provided is honestly so convenient because i wouldn’t have wanted to ride it if i didn’t loosen the trucks and it would’ve taken me all night to find the right tool. i would say this a great board for beginners. i used to cruse on longboard when i was younger and wanted to get back into it. the ride is just as smooth as riding on a long board without the added bulk and weight of the actual longboard. not to mention it’s much cheaper!! if you’re just starting out i would make sure u keep the trucks tight at first just to help with sturdiness then once you get the hang of it loosen it up for sharper turns. the center of the board seems a littleeeee bendy but i stomped on it and it held up!!! i can’t wait to take this to school with me to ride from class to class. i got the mint green board and it’s super cute. im glad i opted to buy this board versus the australian penny board... much cheaper and i’m still satisfied!!

Great Mini Cruiser but is Extremely Flexible
I have only ridden two other boards in my life, mostly just to try and learn them. I never did until now. One was a cheap kiddie skateboard from a long time ago, the other time was recently when I tried my friend's longboard. I felt somewhat confident on that so I decided to try learning a mini cruiser. I felt that it might come in handy since college is right around the corner, and I wanted to be able to bike and skate on campus. Other than these two experiences, I have no real experience riding any sort of board. When I first got this, it did have a slight smell of cigarettes upon opening that went away after a while, just as some of the other reviews have stated. I definitely recommend loosening the trucks and wheels a bit as they come tight and the wheels won't be able to spin as freely as they could, nor would you be able to turn very well. Looser trucks also helps you practice balancing, and since this is a mini cruiser, maneuverability is supposed to be one of its strong suits. It took me only a few hours to be able to ride this with a sense of confidence. In those hours, I had abused the board, and it went flying into my garage door and wall, and had landed on its side many times. It gets scratched, but its functionally is still very sound. I had ordered the White Panda version with a white board and black trucks and wheels, but the white board gets dirty easily and I would recommend another color unless you really have your mind set on this one. (The only options available to me at the time were the White Panda and White Mamba.)I am a 5'10" male weighing 185 pounds. This board fits me quite well. It seems that this is suitable for all ages. Yes, it does flex, and I have been able to flex it to the ground (on purpose, bouncing on it like a trampoline), and it seems to be flexible enough not to snap. It is fairly easy to get used to the flex of the board. The only things that even slightly bothered me were the T-tool attachment and one of the truck washers had a burr on it. The Allen/Phillips key that comes out of the tool is not the most secure, but if given proper care, you should have no problem with not losing it. The washer with a burr was easily filed down; I had not even noticed it until I took a really close look at the trucks. There is enough room between the trucks on the bottom to carry it sandwiched between your back and your backpack, through the straps, trucks facing forward. It feels like it weighs only four to five pounds, so it is extremely portable compared to other types of boards. If you're looking for a Penny board without the steep price, this board is an excellent alternative, especially if you're picking one up to learn and see if you like it first.EDIT 02/24/20: Compared to other plastic decks, this thing flexes. A LOT. It doesn't feel as stable as a wood or more rigid plastic deck. Keep that in mind. I eventually got a wood cruiser board and that one is great. As long as you keep your feet over the trucks, you should be fine. Having much more experience now, this is basically a very flexible Penny board, and I personally prefer a more rigid wood deck. Deck flexibility aside, the build quality on everything is great.
