Kinsey's Archery Zeiss Terra ED 8x42 Binoculars for Hunting, Birdwatching, Outdoor, Traveling

Superb German design and manufactured to an equally high standard. The most important criteria, the picture quality, is what you would expect from a Zeiss product. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Great binoculars for the price. Great clarity. Excellent for bird watching. Good price for what can be expensive binoculars.

Great quality image, lightweight and stable in use. However the person who designed the hard case obviously never tried to use it. The binoculars only fit one way round. The zip is fiddly and it is impossible to use the case with a strap. A sub £10 case solved the problem and they are s delight to use now. But really at this sort of price point one could have expected more.

I purchased a pair of binoculars 4 years ago and cost me less than £100.00 but unfortunately someone stole them. I thought, from the reviews, that these would be superior as the cost is more than 3 times the price. I was viewing birds from about 200m and could barely identify them. My previous ones were similar. So pay less view the same

Bel binocolo e molto robusto. Lo uso in montagna per osservazione e devo dire che mi sta dando soddisfazioni. Forse qualche piccola aberrazione cromatica ai nordi, ma nulla di che (tendenzialmente sibosserva verso il centro del campo visivo)

Zeiss Terra Ed8 x 42- fabulous quality. Well worth the price.

Having done birdwatching for close to 8 months before the Zeiss bins and then for 2 months with them, the world of difference a good pair of bins make is a needless sell. I haven't used others in its category, so I will refrain from comparisons. Suffice it to say that the clarity of image, reproduction or colours, performance under low ambient light, ease of focus and the field of view are all top-notch. With a compact, sleek design, the product scores high. That said, there is a wee element of the weight factor. I will stop short of calling this heavy but it does feel like a sturdy piece of equipment. Go for it if you have the money and the inclination. This is worth every rupee you shell out for it.
