Have Been Using These For Years!!
So I have been buying these for years. Mike makes a very high quality Vit D / Vit K2 product.Living in the northern hemisphere in southeast Wisconsin you don't get much sun here in winter. And even if it is a blue sky - today was actually a blue sky but it was 0 F outside - you cannot get any Vitamin D. Its too cold for bare skin and the sun is too weak. So I take these vitamins.Now I do not swallow vitamins. I pull the capsule open, dump the powder into water and drink it. And it works just fine that way too. I do all of my capsules that way. I usually mix this with my potassium and my Calcium-magnesium. Works great!I haven't had a cold or flu in YEARS. Last time I got sick it was December of 2018 but that was from GLUTEN. It was not a cold or flu...If you really want to stay healthy you need a quality Vitamin D Vitamin K2 and this is it.I also have no issue with these in regards to my corn, wheat + barley allergy.

My Levels of Vitamin D went up
I think this is a great product, have been taking a while. I took other Vitamin D and tried to get outside in the sun as much as possible but my level dropped for some reason, started taking Essential Fatty Nutrients and my levels went up.

Great Supplement
I've been taking these since March 2020 and have had my bloodwork done. My Vitamin D levels are always where they're supposed to be, so it's definitely working! Bonus points for the pills being very small and easy to swallow.

Much cheaper
These are great value for my money, considering getting from them directly is much more expensive,, I have to take these everyday so I’m grateful when I find them for much cheaper.

Love it
This is a miracle pill lol. I take this along with GABA and sleep like a baby! Every other night works the best but make sure you're not vitamin B deficiency otherwise this pill will not work.
