Do yourself a favor and buy this product. Just ask your google ihome what is avocado leaf good for and you'll hear an endless list of things. I'm a teacher and I have been sick what feels like the entire school year. I had sinus inflammation due to allergies and my nose was always either stuffed up or runny. This tea cleared up my sinuses and boosted my immune system since it's an anti-inflammatory it even had other positive unintended consequences. I got a bag of broken small pieces not one leaf was whole. And it says this item is not returnable so I'm stuck with small crushed avocado leaves and not sure what i can do with them i originally needed a few whole leaves or even half a leaf any decent size but they are all crushed tiny pieces.

This was ordered by mistake (intended to order artichoke tea), but kept it and found it makes a pleasantly interesting beverage. Fragrance and taste of tea leans toward licorice with strong hints of anise. RECIPE: Place 2 grams of avocado leaves in teapot. Pour in 480 ml (2 cups) of just-boiled water and steep for 3-4 minutes. Makes 2 large mugs of tea. Add sugar or honey if desired.

It is much cheaper to buy at a Mexican market but if you don’t know where to find one this is a great product

I add the leaves to my teas in the morning love it

Use it cause some mexican co worker told it is good for use but never see and smell the difference with other herbs.
