I've purchased these several times. My feet tend to get a bit sweaty, especially when wearing closed toe shoes, so I use these to keep from slipping around. They provide enough cush to increase comfort but do not cause bulkiness. They have that sort of sticky soft plastic lining on the back that really keeps them in place. I have moved from one pair of shoes to another many times, but if you've left them in a pair for a while, it can really get stuck. For that reason, I usually remove them after each wear. I've also successfully wiped the sticky side with a wet paper town to clean off any dust etc. which seems to renew the stickiness (not like new, but definitely enough to work). I highly recommend these inserts and will continue to buy them.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the fabric surface of these inserts and I like the way they are shaped so they don’t add any bulk and they don’t squish your toes. These inserts are thin thin thin and the fabric helps keep your foot from sliding forward in the shoe.That being said, if you are looking for cushion then these inserts might not be for you. They don’t add much cushioning at all and they don’t really have much support either. These are more like shoe liners than inserts, but for shoes that you wear without socks these can make a difference. They help keep moisture from accumulating and causing your foot to slip forward in high heeled shoes with helps save delicate toes from getting squashed for hours.I wish these had just a bit more support at the arch. If the bump on that spot behind the metatarsals was just a bit bigger, these inserts would be awesome.For the sake of reference, I’m using the size 40 inserts in size 40.5 Louboutins and the fit quite nicely. They fit percectly in my size 40 peeptoe Loubs and these seem to work best (at least for me) in heels that have a steeper rise.

You know that sound your flip flops make as they peel off your foot?? That's what my new dress sandals were doing every time I took a step. Besides the noise factor in the office (embarrassing), the sound of my (clean, but) sweaty feet peeling off my dress shoes was just gross! These inserts were exactly what I needed to help absorb and wick away some of the moisture from my feet, and quiet my steps in the office. As a bonus, I got a little extra cushion too! I've worn these inserts in my shoes several times and haven't had any issues with them moving or coming loose from my shoes.Also I would recommend ordering up a size (as long as your shoes aren't super narrow). I wear a 9 M and ordered the recommended size M inserts, and they are just a bit too small (tan shoes - size M). The coverage on the heel doesn't quite cover the shoe bottom, making for a ridge that can be uncomfortable at times (usually I get used to it as the day goes on). The next pair I decided to order a L instead, and this made all of the difference. The heel pad covers the shoes almost exactly (red shoes - size L), and the length is long enough to offer a bit more length under the foot pad (to help absorb more moisture around the toes).All in all I really love these inserts. They are not super cushy, but do add a tiny bit of comfort, plus lots of moisture absorption! Whenever the size M inserts wear out in my nude shoes, I will definitely order another pair in size L to replace them. Great product!!!

I bought a pair a while back and did not get to try them because I got hurt and had surgery. No cute shoe for a long time for me. After months of wearing the walking boot I noticed that even things like house shoes bothered me. I remembered I had a pack of Pedags so I tried it. WOW! It really helped me a lot. I graduated to wearing a shoe with a small wedge and this kept them comfortable as well. I have not tried them in high heels as that is a no-no for me.It is surprising that this provides the comfort it does because looking at it you might have some concerns. The insole is very thin which does not change the fit of your shoe. Because you buy these by size, the thicker gel cushions are perfectly placed. I wear a woman's (US size) 5 1/2 or 6. I bought the size 6 Pedag. Perfect fit.I do love the soft velvety part that touches your foot. It keeps your foot from sticking to the insole or the shoe. There is no glue on the insole, just the gel that hold them to your shoe, so they can be moved between shoes without leaving a sticky residue on your shoe's foot bed. The Pedag is washable which is great for where I live because there is always a puddle looking for a shoe to invade. I just ordered three more pairs so I would have several pairs of shoes ready to go and I would have a spare if I got mugged by a puddle.

I needed to add some anti-slip to my high heel sandals without adding any bulks to it and these seemed like it would have worked well for that purpose if only it would stick to my shoes. I followed the instruction when putting it on but it didn't matter, the edges all around the insole started lifting right away no matter how long I pressed on it. Not sure why other reviews said that the adhesive was strong. Perhaps I got a bad batch? Certainly not worth the $$.

I needed good insoles for a bit of comfort for my heel-challenged feet. I thought that these insoles would be more substantial when I first ordered them, since I thought that more/thicker padding = more comfort. These proved me wrong! They're quite thin and flexible, but incredibly soft and comfortable. They add just the right amount of cushion in the heels for them to become more bearable without adding too much bulk. The adhesive covers the entirety of the underside of the insoles, which keeps them in place.I wear size 8 shoes, and I ordered the medium. When I put them on slingback sandals, they go all the way to the edge of the shoe by the heel. The front part doesn't go all the way to the front of the shoe, but still extends past my foot and you can see it between my toes. But since I'm standing on them all day, no one will see, and it's no big deal. You can trim them too, which I will probably end up doing. If you don't want them visible at all straight out of a package, and you're at a borderline shoe size, order down. Or they could make them in different colors, like BLACK! Please?

These were a bit of a let down really. I was expecting something more luxurious, they are okay but expensive for what they are. Also quite thin. I am editing this review as I have now used these cut in half as heel cushions in my sandals and they are perfect.

Not as good as described them to be. Rather uncomfortable in my shoes but could just be my feet didn't fit them as well as someone with narrow feet??

Very impressed with these insoles. I do not use them for high heels, just flat sandals, but they definitely improved my walking experience as they have some small gel cushions and they are soft and very pleasant to wear. I would definitely buy more!

These are excellent and make a huge difference in heals. A bit pricey but they do stay in place unlike others I've tried.
