First Ceramic
This is my first ceramic knife. I have owned it for a couple of months. It is remarkedly sharp, but over this time several tiny chips have broken off the sharpened side of the blade. I am concerned that these chips might have ended up in my food, and then into ME. I have washed the knife in the dishwasher, but in a seperate place from other silverware.
