Lexmark #4 Inkjet Cartridge - Black

Always have liked the product what i don't like is Lexmark charging what they do when they decide to pull the plug on the printer. this is the last i will buy I am buying a printer for the price of 1 ink from Lexmark

well i had a phone call from the supplier after my first comments, as i was concerned that the cartridge was not a lexmark cartridge, they explained the reason why which i accepted and took my review off.All i can say is the printer works with the cardridge, but even after cleaning as suggested by the supplier it still tells me each time i turn it on that the cartridge is not a Lexmark ink cartridge.So i don't know, But it does work

Very happy with the product came in a bashed Lexmark box and Lexmark was not written on the cartridge. This was the same last time too, but no worries it has worked well this is why I had no problem ordering the product again. Good value for money and speedy delivery. Sometime designer is not always the best.

Unfortunately even a new black lexmark cartridge id not get my printer to work. Guess I will need a completely new printer now lexmark is being discontinued. In the end it constituted a waste of money for me. Lexmark cartridge both coloured and black are too expensive.Gave it two stars as the cartridge itself is not at fault. However, i don't like it as I have the cartridge but no printer as I cannot get a lexmark replacement of my choosing.

Ink cartridges all seem very expensive for what they are (it can almost be cheaper to replace the printer than the ink cartridges!!), but this one seems to be reasonably competitively priced.

Not in red box but works well.

Cartridge arrived promptly and is effectively doing the job it was designed to do.

Occasionally the printer indicated that the cartridge was missing, although it does print OK., when the indication is ignored. never had such errors with original sourced cartridge
