Anthony's Organic Belgian Pearl Sugar, 1lb, Batch Tested and Verified Gluten Free, Non GMO, Medium Sized Pearls

I found a recipe for belgium waffles after having in a mall. These could not be purchased locally and I wanted to duplicate the recipe correctly. They worked the exact way the recipe described and I was glad to find them come out just like what the waffle I had purchased. They do obviously cause sticky mess on your waffle iron but that was completely expected and you have to be careful not the let it build up or it will burn and affect the taste, again that is what sugar does. They are extremely sweet and melted well in the recipe.

In my area, these are not common to see floating around in store. These are a must for Belgian waffles. Nice and sweet, and are great priced here.

These sugar pearls are super good and are easy to apply to any recipe. However they are a little expensive. The chunks of sugar are a little bigger than other brands I have used, so that means they don’t melt as well either.

You cant make real Belgium waffles without pearl sugar. This is good quality and exacas described. I have used it to make waffles multiple times and they do not disappoint. I would buy again.

I am an avid home baker and I learned about Belgium pearl Sugar only recently. I’ve ordered Anthony’s pearl sugar twice and I make Belgium waffles with the sugar pearls. Absolutely delicious!
