I would imagine that the expiration date is marked on each individual one. The date would be dependent on when your particular cake was made.

Yes it is one loaf in the large 17.50 box. There are however a package of six which are smaller and I believe 3 are fruit and 3 are with chocolate chip. I prefer the one large box as it generally goes with the family in one setting.

Ingredients. Wheat Flour, Raisins (12%), Cane Sugar, Candied Fruits (9,6%) [Orange, Papaya and Citron], Soy Oil, Eggs, Butter (Cream), Barley Malt Extract, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides Sorbic Acid and Calcium Propionate As Preservatives and Natural Flavors.
