ZOHAN EM054 Electronic Ear Protection for Shooting Range with Sound Amplification Noise Reduction, Ear Muffs for Gun Range

While I was researching ear plugs for the gun range, I read about electronic ones. I saw some that were more than I wanted to spend and then I came across Zohan's. I took a chance based on excellent reviews and the great price. I must say I was highly impressed with my quick simple test at home. My wife clapped loudly by my ears as my kids spoke to me in a normal voice. The claps sounded very faint, while I clearly was able to hear my kids talking to me. The next real test is at the shooting range. I usually go alone, so as long as it muffles the gun shots, I will be beyond happy with my purchase. I'll write a follow up review after going to the range. ***Update*** These worked like a charm! Went to the range and the loud bangs were muffled out! I highly recommend them and will also be buying another pair for my wife.

these ear pro are excellent for 25 dollars plus tax. the pair I received work as advertised. they are comfortable, amplify surrounding sounds and will stop when something over dangerous noise levels are reached. you can also connect your cell phone to them to listen to music and you can even hear them talking to you at the same time. I have a Samsung note 10 plus and have to use a microphone to type c to connect it to my phone, and that part is only I believe 3 to 5 dollars on Amazon for it. when used for shooting indoor use soft ear plugs with these, like all other slim electronic ear pro the enclosed echo of gun fire is amplified, not through the ear pro but from being indoors.

These headphones provide excellent ear protection at a reasonable price. Definitely a good value and I am very happy with my purchase.

Just as I mentioned in the video, the BIGGEST let down to the walkers are that it doesn't cancel out the loud noises as soon as they happen. It just lowers the volume/db if that makes any sense. You can still hear the shot (some calibers louder than others) instead of cancelling the shot so that's a big win for these Zohans. I like the shooters cut on the Zohans as well it's more comfortable to shoot with them. Would I use any for the field? Probably not but they're ok for range purposes. It all comes down to looks and price. Zohan is cheaper and seems to work better than walkers.

They are better than regular ear muffs and cost about the same as ones bought in store I haven't taken them shooting yet but they do work with sanders and saws (which can easily get louder than gun shots) at work and I don't have to take them off to talk to people. I mainly got them because of the price point and the fact I don't need to wear airpods under them to listen to music, for the price they can't be beat I like that they use a wire so the batteries will last longer and they use AAA instead of AA so it helps with the weight too and the wire isn't annoying like most, theirs no noise when the wire rubs on your shirt which is common in every set of regular headphones I own.

This hearing protection is amazing. I use them at the range all the time. The sound amplification is top notch, I can hear the smallest noise and it cancels out any loud noises. They come in a nice black color and the material has a satin finish. They fold nicely and fit in my bag. Highly recommend.

It appears to be well, made. It performed well at the range and is comfortable. It also stows compactly.
