Good quality but difficult to install.
It took me over half an hour to install one piece of this material on a window. While the end result is good it takes significant skill and hard work to install this. Here is one important tip. Unroll the entire roll and lay flat on table or a clean floor. Then roll it up backwards in the opposite direction and tie a string or put a rubber band around it and let it sit rolled up backwards for 24 hours. This will help undo the curl in the plastic that makes it very difficult to use. Next, Cut it to approximate size needed but leave half an inch extra all the way around. It helps to have a second person help you. I did not have a second person so it took me longer. Peal off a top corner of the backing and stick the film in the corner of window leaving some of the film overhanging, about half an inch should do it. Then peal off a little at a time and smooth onto glass as you go. Expect to peel off a little again then re stick repeatedly to smooth out bubbles. You will get a lot of bubbles. Unfortunately you will probably see some crease lines as you go. These may be visible when you shine a light on the film but when light shines THROUGH the film they disappear. I got this so my neighbors can't see into my bedroom window. Do not stand close to the window or your neighbors will still be able to see you. If you remain 3 feet away from window you will be OK.

Great product for the price, but small
Great product so far, easy to put on and looks nice from the inside AND outside. From the inside it's just frosted, but from the outside it makes everything look really blurred adding so much privacy. The only thing I disliked about it was that my windows are fairly normal sized (or so I thought) but I had to use 1 whole sheet for the bottom half of my window. Luckily I only wanted to cover the bottom so more light could come in through the top pane, but I had to use two strips so there is a seam in the middle as well. I'm not sure if they make bigger sizes but that would be perfect. You also need a squeegee which I didn't have at home, so I used a large hardcover book which did the trick, just a bit awkward. All in all, I would (I actually did) buy again but they ARE smaller than I'd hoped.

Better for places only you will see it!
I got this window film because my apartment had a random window IN the shower, I didn't want my downstairs neighborhood looking up to have an awkward saring contest with me! For this small area, it took me above a hour to install and I still got little air bubbles due to the paper back sticking in spots to the film. Those are the white spots in the second photo. It does however pull away and reseal well enough to get it in a good place if you mess up the placement. While it was a pain to install, it's in an area really only I see. Due to its adhesion and the humidity of the shower, I know I won't have to deal with it coming undone, or at least I haven't in the past 3 months. It does the job!

Does the job, but only on smaller surfaces.
So far the product seems to do the job. It was a bit of a pain to put up, but such is life with clingy material. I'm hoping it won't come off. It doesn't have a very uniform appearance up-close, but no one will be inspecting the windows. I was able to do the bottom of 2 normal size double-hung window and one smaller one. I'm back for more.UPDATE: these work well on small windows, but not large ones. They look very tacky on our large bay window because you have to cut smaller sizes to cover up.

Good product, rolled why too tight
Good adhesive but it is rolled too tightly. It curls up a lot so you have to be very careful. Is highly suggest a wet application and wet it liberally. It’s shipped in a huge box so they should really Roly it on a bigger core to avoid the curling.

Difficult to apply - Looked terrible and had to remove it completely
It took us 45 minutes to apply, difficult to work with. It is more like contact paper. The film is very thin. Could not get it to lay flat, could not get bubbles out of it and it creased easily. We ended up having to trash it. Not recommended

Totally blocks the view!
Looks great on the glass pane on my door. Once I started using a real sharp razor blade it worked perfectly and easily.
