relaxor perfect portion plate works really well because I gave you different types of option wheels that went underneath the actual played itself the plate was divided so you could see what types of food went where and you can switch it up for different types of meal requirements or like diabetes or high protein nor different types of food like Chinese or something like that I like that it's dishwasher safe it had a lid and it was really simple to use

Couldn’t be easier. Perfect menus under see through plate. Sections are different depths and sizes for protein, carbs,fruits, veggies and fats and sauces. “ fill the plate, lose the weight “ is great advertising. Highly recommend!

Cracks easily. Wash by hand only. Please make this in better material. Great concept. I can see how my portions were too big before

This plate is great! It makes portioning your food out easy to manage. The only drawback is that it's really hard to clean, even in a dishwasher. It also have sharp edge plastic on the rim, which I don't like. All in all, a handy dieting tool.

Dolly Parton uses one of these to keep her weight under control, and doesn't she look great. This helps you with portion sizes, instead of guessing or getting out a deck or cards, baseball, or whatever to compare your food with. I can load it with food, snap the lid on it, and take it to work. Very easy. No more guesswork.

Out of the box, this looked good. The place itself seemed to be of good quality, with the tray it sits in, a nice touch. However, upon first use of the plate in the microwave, the plate melted and deformed in various places, and that was in a much older microwave, that doesn't nearly put out the same power as todays new microwaves.In addition, the sauce from a tuna curry I made stained the plate and even with considerable elbow grease, the stain would not go away. I had to throw the plate away after the first use...COMPLETE waste of money, and cannot recommend. I took a chance even though I had read other reviews with the same problem because the sale price was pretty cheap, but I regret getting sucked in.

It was exactly as advertised and is an excellent tool in healthier, portion-controlled eating.

I absolutely love this plate. I read the reviews about it cracking but bought it anyway because I don't have a dishwasher and I assumed that might be what was damaging the plate. Not so. This plate makes portion control so easy and I almost tear up thinking about sending it back but it cracked all over after 2 weeks use. I only put it in the microwave 2 times and those were for less than 2 minutes. Everytime I put something warmer than luke warm a new crack would appear. It even cracked when I was washing dishes and ran it under hot water to rinse it. It is made of very brittle plastic. It is no longer manufactored by the people listed on the back of the instruction book so they will not be able to help you. I wish someone would make one of these out of some better material because it really is a great great concept and the cards are great and the lid and tray are great and the portion sizes are great (I could see right off that my portions of meat was way out of control before getting this plate). I am sending it back tomorrow because it started leaking out the cracks tonight. -sad face- I found one at [...] but it is for little kids but I ordered it anyway. I will just be able to go back for seconds I guess. I wish companies would do better product testing before they spend a lot of money making things like this. If they had Bridget in accounting take this home for a month and test it before making more she would have told them to change plastics. O'well...I'm getting off my soap box now. Happy Shopping.
