Is the price for only 1 or is it for multiple units? If for multiple, how many?

I personally use 'pre cut' screen window material under the catch basin lid as my filter. Keeps out the big stuff (rocks, leaves, etc). Use the lid screws to keep screen secured between bottom of lid and opening lip of catch basin.

How do you clean the filter?

I ended up throwing the filter away after the first rainfall. The filter is a thick material that drains very slowly. It catches everything including dirt causing a bigger puddle of water than I had before installation. I removed the filter and threw it in the trash. Don’t waste the money on the filter. Every once in a while I dump a 5-gallon bucket of water down the drain to help clean out any really small twigs, leaves or grass clippings that make it through the grate. My drain is about 120’ and I have had no issues since I removed the filter.

Is this the same product as manufactured by nds? the part number is different than the nds part number. please affirm this is nds product.

I'm not 100% sure but the base part number is 1200FF. I think the RTL on the end of the part number here on Amazon means "retail", as in the type of packaging. Either way, I wouldn't but the filter. The flow rate is absurdly slow. I bought a stainless steel mesh "inbox" basket (office supply) and that works really well for catching pine/fir needles.

Is 16 and 24 in available? I could not find them

Catch basin filter

This filter catches all the leaves so that they do not clog my drain system. It works well, fits perfectly, and is easy to remove to clean it.
