I have the OEM rims and tire balance weights were outside the rim and not inside. I installed on OEM calipers which fit perfectly. If you have non EOM calipers, these cover will most likely not fit. They are specific to the OEM. Over all it took my 30 minutes to install properly. Instructions were included with diagram. No rubbing after install, and they look great even after a week of rain on them.
