Dragon Balm White 19 Grams

I bought this for my boyfriend, and it seems to help soothe his muscle pain, which was moderate. I have not used it for muscle pain myself, but it feels nice and is slightly warming. It's not oily. It's reminiscent in feel and scent of Vicks, but less powerful, less menthol, and has a nice clove scent that really warms up the menthol and makes it less "medicated"-scented. Other people will likely notice the scent if you are near them, but it's not overwhelming or offensive.It's a pretty tiny (cute!) jar, but it doesn't take much, and the price combined with free shipping makes it very reasonable. I don't know how it compares to any other kind of Dragon Balm, let alone other brands, but I really like it.I reviewed the package in less than a week, and was not damaged and was packaged well.:)

This works fairly well for light muscle pain, such as an overworked or gently strained muscle. It is easy to apply but has a very strong medicinal smell. This is fine for home use but you may be self-conscious applying it at work.It absolutely doesn’t work on my herniated disc, not even slightly, no matter how many times I’ve applied it. Neither does it work on my migraines (not surprising though) when applied to the temples. I don’t suggest you apply this to your temples or forehead, as the oils can seep down your skin and get into your eyes. This didn’t happen to me, but it was close, so be aware.The container is very small, perhaps one inch squared, so if you purchase it and find relief of your problem, you should immediately buy more as it runs out quickly with consistent use.I recommend you purchase Dragon Balm – White, and not Red, as the red may stain certain clothing items. I have used both and can’t tell a difference, so with equal performance you might as well go with the colorless one.I enjoy writing product reviews since I base so many of my purchases off of the reviews of other shoppers and hope my review was helpful to you in your purchase decision.

Tiny container. I didn't find it worth the money I spent on it.

Smells chemically. I’llStick to tiger balm next time

I have been using Dragon Balm for over a decade and this had the exact same packaging and looked the same brownish color in the photo as what I'd always used. Unfortunately, this is absolutely NOT the same balm. Same jar, same label, but it's the color of petroleum jelly, greasier, and nowhere near as strong. Really wish I hadn't bought 3 jars thinking it was the same kind as before. It's still pleasant with a slightly cool feeling, but I'd have to use a crazy amount to get the same affect and my skin would be incredibly greasy. I would recommend skipping this and looking for something stronger, if it's still being made by anyone.

I have back pain bc I have a herniated disc, so every now and then my back hurts really bad, this balm helps a lot, I had pain for a whole week, I was using muscle relaxers but the pain and tension never went away completely, so on the day I received this balm I tried it, and applied 3 times, 2 at work and once before going to bed, the next day my pain was gone!!! It doesn't burn like the tiger balm, or the red tiger balm, and it works !! It smells kind of like peppermint / lemon grass maybe? Not bad at all . I highly recommend it.

This product has unique qualities when compared to Tiger Balm, scent is much different more plant less cinnamon.I have been a fan of Tiger balm for near 25 years my last jar is probably 15 years old now, and just about empty, so I decided to check out the dragon balm because I had heard so many mysterious tales on the strength.Yeah many people said it was a hotter balm, this I cannot say is accurate, I could say it has less pigment, not that tiger balm ever stained anything. I rather like the scent, it is more like cloves, the balm has more air to it, not as dense, though it does not require much, I could say the packaging is not as professional as the Tiger Balm and pretty sure it is not the same manufacture.Both are good products and more effective than Icy hot. you do not need much thus the longevity of my little jars.Dragon balm will stay in my medicine cabinet for ages to come.

I love this stuff. There are times when I have knots and pain in my back (I have DDS and fibromyalgia and so lots of "real" pain as well as lots of stupid pain) and nothing else can make it feel better except Dragon Balm. The red is supposed to be the better one (I forget why), but the white is my favorite. I only wish I could buy this stuff in much larger quantities at once, like maybe in one of those big 8 oz. tubs that are used for shea butter. Works better than Tiger Balm and smells awesome.
