Soothes and Helps to Heal Bleeding Gums
I experience gum bleeding here and there. A few nights ago, I spit after brushing my teeth and noticed the light pink in the bathroom sink. I'd had a bottle of Dale Audrey's Himalayan salt water rinse sitting on the bathroom counter since it arrived waiting for the moment I would need it and immediately reached for it. Following the instructions, I swished close to 2tsps of the rinse in my mouth. It eliminated not only the slight puffiness on my gum but the very mild sore feeling as well. I haven't had any bleeding since. I just love how this rinse freshens my mouth while reducing all kinds of bacteria. It tastes great and I have no issues swishing for 30 seconds, unlike some other mouthwashes out there that I can't keep in my mouth for 10 seconds because they're too darn strong. Its kind of a bummer this isn't meant for every day use like a regular mouthwash because I'd love to use it that way. This is meant to help with dental issues such as gingivitis, bleeding gums, etc, I'll be getting 2 dental implants very soon. I already have 2 and after i got them, my dentist had me use a special mouthwash to help with healing and prevent bacteria/germs/infection. I plan on asking him if I can use this rinse this time around instead. When I was young, my mom used to make me gargle with warm salt water when I had a sore throat. How I HATED it. I hated it so much, I refused to do it when I became and adult. Now, when I get a sore throat, I will use this rinse. I've already given my parents a bottle so they can benefit from it as well. If you're suffering from dental issues, give this rinse a try. It works very well and quickly. The price is reasonable seeing as you get 3 bottles and it delivers results quickly.

Salty after taste
Shake well before each use as the cinnamon settles at the bottom. Definitely has the salt and cinnamon flavoring while swishing. Doesn't give off a burning sensation. It does leave a salty after taste, probably lasted for a good 30 minutes. Didn't really leave a freshness feel to my mouth.

Works amazingly!!
So with a dentist for an in law I've learned over the years that the absolute best home remedy to mouth sores and pains in making a salt water rinse and using it at least twice a day. The problem is I'm lazy, well busy, WELL lazy and busy! so when I really should be using salt water rinses at home I usually don't because it's annoying to make it and get the salt actually dissolved and and my little kids are demanding and distracting so anyways, I end up not using it when it could really help me and heal issues that cause me a lot of pain. These reasons are why I JUMPED on getting this salt rinse and it doesn't disappoint! To be clear, this is a salt rinse for mouth issues, like bleeding/sore gums etc. it is NOT a regular daily mouthwash! I mean, I guess you could but personally I don't see that as the main purpose of the product. Recently my daughter bit her cheek while eating, after waiting a few days like I normally do for it to go away it was only worse. Inflamed and super tender, I could hardly even brush her teeth in the area. Then I remembered about this salt rinse and started having her rinse with it twice a day and the pain was completely gone in 3 days and provided some immediate relief!Yes it's slightly pricey but since you don't use it every day it should still last a long time, it will for me anyways. I highly recommend buying this salt rinse and keeping it in your bathroom cabinet for the next time your food fights back or your teeth forget to chew food and not your cheek or tongue. This rinse a few times will get it healed in no time!

Nice cinnamon flavor
Usually I will just make my own salt rinse any time I am having any sort of minor dental and gums issues. But I’m also a huge cinnamon fan. So when I saw that these were cinnamon flavored I figured they were definitely worth a shot! And so far so good! This stuff has a nice cinnamon flavor that’s spicy and slightly sweet, and it definitely helps to make this more enjoyable. You can still taste the salt in this, but the cinnamon just makes it much more enjoyable for me.Now this is for sure pricy for what it is, there’s no question about that, and I’m not sure why is is so expensive. So while I do like this, I couldn’t see myself buying it all the time due to the price. So unless it drops in price or I can find a single for under $10 bucks, then I will probably keep making my own and only use this for when I am feeling lazy or craving cinnamon!

Visually offputting and burns my mouth but really works
I have used oral salt rinses before, as well as essential oil pulling so I thought I knew what to expect. This is a little visually off-putting at first. When it arrived all of the additives had settled to the bottom so when I shook it, it looked a little like pond water.Directions are to swish for 30 seconds then spit. There is a strong salt flavor, followed by a sweet cinnamon taste. I had just enough time to wonder what was in there that made it taste sweet when the burning started. I am allergic to garlic and the feeling was quite similar to that experience, but garlic/onions are not on the ingredient list so I assume it is a response to the cinnamon.Afterwards was quite nice, my mouth felt fresh and there was a lingering salt flavor.I let my daughter who has celiac and gets mouth sores when she gets "glutened" try it and it was strong enough to burn the sores in her mouth. We cut it by half and that helped and it did seem to heal her sores sooner.
