This pan heats evenly and is easily cleaned. Time will tell as to the durability but I am really liking how this pan cooks. The handles make it easy to pick up the pan heat free.

Despite costing 10 times as much as NY Times top rated, have a worthless "lifetime" surface guarantee that almost any use invalidates.I have 14 Swiss Diamond pans that I'm replacing with Tremontia.

Absolutely wonderful piece of equipment. Easy cleanup, even cooking that doesn't scorch, and the special venting lid is a definite plus. If you enjoy cooking, you will love Swiss Diamond pans.

This is a beautiful pan. I love it, but unfortunately it is too heavy for me to handle. I only use it when I have help to move it to and from the oven.

My boyfriend bought me one of these for my birthday maybe 5 years ago and I used it almost every day. Then stuff started sticking to it and I realized that Bf had been using a scrubbing pad on it and had ruined the finish. So I absolutely recommend this pan, but caution people to be careful in the washing,
