Worked perfectly for my Dean bass. The only issue was the original bass washer and nut was too small for this. Fortunately, I bought the Switchcraft input jack that comes with its own washers/ nut, and that worked fine. As a complete novice, I found this piece was a perfect for repairing my input jack. It's sturdy and seems more reliable than my old one. If you're doing your own repair you can't go wrong with this.

Had a crackly jack on my 2000 American Fender Stratocaster that re-soldering just didn't fix. Before I brought it to my guitar tech, I figured this art would be a cheap way to try to fix it myself. It worked 100%. The part itself appeared to be high quality, similar to the original Fender part, if not slightly better. Replacement was easy with a soldering pencil and a small amount of patience. Highly recommended.

Made in China CXS serial number SE Squier Stratocaster jack ferrule hole is metric and smaller so the jack will not fit without modification. Took about a minute to enlarge hole with a Dremel tool. Not a big deal but it's something to be aware of. The jack itself is far superior and much higher quality compared to the original.

My Epiphone Les Paul sound was cutting in and out until I replaced the input jack with this one. I should have done this a long time ago. I thought it might be a bad cable or a the pickups, but this Switchcraft jack was the answer and it was a very inexpensive solution to my problem.

I bought this jack to replace mine. it has a good manufacture quality and when i plugged the guitar cable it had a pretty good connection, even days later. I definitely recommend it to replace any other jack from gibson or fender type guitars.

A great replacement for my Les Paul

I got a couple of these to do some custom modifications to my electric guitar amp. All worked out well and I am very happy with these jacks. They feel very nice and sturdy, and look likely to last long enough.
