When I recieved my dock the battery was missing but I talked to Amazon and they fixed the problem Awesome CS
I purchased this item because I am always looking for a charger cord to charge my phone. Could be I used it at a friends and left it, or my roomate used it, left it in my bag, Whatever the situation. Soo I figure it would be a lot Easier and more convenient to carry an Extra Battery Thats fully Charged Also you never have to look for a charger again! When I recieved the Samsung Galaxy S4 Dual Desktop Charger Dock the First thing I noticed was there is an extra tray that you can take out that way if u have a slim case you wont have any problems Charging your phone on the dock without taking the case off. This dock comes with a spare battery you can charge at the same time or seperately as needed.... When I recieved my dock the battery was missing but I talked to Amazon and they fixed the problem Awesome CS

The customer service was not very good and the company did not replace the defective product
The charger didn't work when from the beginning, but at least the base worked when using a different plug. After a few months the base stopped working as well. The customer service was not very good and the company did not replace the defective product.
