This case width and depth is about 5 inches square so it may be a bit of a squeeze. **Q: I would like to find a bag to carry a gadget that is ~23" x 9" x 5". Would this bag work?** A: I don't think this bag would work for you. The measurements of the end of the bag is approximately 4 X 5 inches. **Q: My tripod measures 27 in exactly, would it fit in this bag** A: It probably won't fit at 27 inches but that depends if the head is on the tripod. The bag length is 26 inches and my tripod with head is just that or slightly over. It's cheap, the zipper broke the first time I used it and this is the second bag I had from VidPro. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made, padded, correct length *by D***K on April 27, 2025* Time will tell me just how good this 27 inch long bag is. It came used as advertised, but the only evidence of that is the zip lock bag of good AA batteries I found in the bag's accesories pocket. That is worth a buck or two in my opinion. This bag is made from a heavier material than my old Tamrac tripod bag which has protected my 1985 Velbron tripod and my Slik monopod for 30 years or more. The Vidpro bag is well padded, the Tamrac is not. The Tamrac has a removable adjustable strap, the Vidpro does not, but having metal rings and hooks is not necessary. the Vidpro bag is as long as advertised and a simple use of a yard stick or measuring tape kept me from making a mistake and ordering a bag that is too short. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and strong *by M***E on June 17, 2025* I bought this for an umbrella I purchased that came with a tripod.
