Universal Electric kWh Meter - EKM Omnimeter Pulse v.4

I have over 20 of these units on one of my properties along with a few of their EKM Push gateways and Plus (gas) modules (which will allow for easy remote viewing via the website "encompass.io"). Installation of the units was about the most straightforward and easy step in the entire process of splitting each one of my units off for individual wiring and submetering. While the upfront cost isn't cheap, it's really a bargain in the long run as the people at EKM are super responsive, located in the Bay Area, and helpful so you don't have monthly service fees or tech support fees. I began to realize an RIO on the investment within a few months as I am no longer footing the Electric and Gas bills for my Studios. (These units also could concurrently monitor water usage, but I did not split my water supply lines for each unit.) The only area that can use improvement, and it's getting better all the time, is the web software. It's decent, but a little funky at first. Once you learn the quirks (only takes a few minutes) it's straightforward and gets the job done.Thank you EKM.

They have a wealth of information both online and in person and are willing to take the time to help you install your system and resolve issues as they surface.
