SalewaRaven 3 GTX Boot - Men's

This is the second purchase of Salewa boots from Backcountry and the 6th or 7th pair I have owned.Salewa boots are the most comfortable hiking boots going for my money. Absolutely zero breaking on every pair I have owned. This is the first pair of Raven's I have tried but I expect the same quality as all the other models I have had. I only wish there was a way to resolve them as I tend to wear down soles/heels before the uppers wear out. Backcountry has been an outstanding supplier fast delivery.

Shoes laces are fraying. The cabling around the heel on the outer side of both boots has come undone completely. Had high Hope's but left completely disappointed.

Ich habe den Schuh als Ersatz für den Raven 1 gekauft, welcher mittlerweile sehr abgenutzt war. Der Schuh passt mir hervorragend, da ich einen breiteren Fuß habe. Da ich allerdings nach außen proniere, hatte ich nach kurzer Zeit am linken Fußgelenk Schmerzen. Dort drückt offensichtlich ein Teil des Schuhs gegen das Bein. Nach einer Woche intensiver Nutzung, legte sich der Schmerz und am Fuß entstand eine kleine Verhärtung. Diese Stelle ist jetzt unempfindlich geworden. Der Schuh sieht nun nach drei Wochen in den Alpen aber auch schon recht mitgenommen aus. Mal sehen, wie es mit der Haltbarkeit aussieht...

Causa emergenza sanitaria non ho ancora provato i nuovi scarponi. Non essendo fabbricati in Cina ( meno male) lo scarpone ha ottime rifiniture e quel dettaglio in punta blocca stringhe mi piace tantissimo. Spero che questa emergenza finisca presto per tornare alle nuove avventure! Vi auguro di stare bene tutti! Me compreso
