Works great for my lower back!

I used it for a painful back. It worked.

With some chronic muscle pain problems, I have been using this product and some similar items for several years. Of course, wearing it exercising outside in the Summer is not a sane thing to do, but wearing it while working at desk is great. You're not supposed to wear it to bed, but I do anyway with a resulting lack of morning stiffness pain. You do have to be careful what you get or where. The WellPatch brand, or the store brands Wells at Walgreens (this one) or the CVS store brand seem to do the best for me without burning my skin.It is important that you are careful where you buy and to watch prices. At Walgreens' online, a box of 3 is $6.29, at various locations the Wellpatch brand for the large patch is $6.99-$7.99, and the CVS store has their brand with a box of 6 for $12.99. With sales and bundles, lower prices can usually be found.

I used these for my lower back. The only complaint I have is that at the end of the 8 hours, some of the fillings (the stuff inside that heats up) shift down out of the top corners.

This product works great on sore back muscles.

I like the way the heat packs stick in place with no need to tape it. Stays on the full time and with heat.

dont leave it on too long it is hard to get off.
